DREA & SAMHonestly, we're just two girls a long way from home trying to get by with a little help from our friends and this blog apparently. Sam, SPARKY, is in Bloomingtom, Indiana for 10 months of the year and Drea, IGOTNOTHING, is in Boston, Mass. for those 10 months but every so often, they find themselves "comfortably" at home in Los Angeles, Ca. We're pretty cool, no lie. |

Home, or close enough   I was home for a week. Not Los Angeles, but the other home. My spanish picked up so much faster than I expected. I guess you can't forget about what comes naturally. When I go to Guatemala, it's never a question of traveling. Never a question of "Oh, I've already been there." It's about learning something. Each stay is different; each reveals a little more about the people who share my bloodline and then consequently, reveals a little more about me. This time, the major learning occurred during a night with my brother, sister and their families. ..but there's still a lot of questions I have, but hopefully, I'll get my answer next trip. 5:53 PM
