DREA & SAMHonestly, we're just two girls a long way from home trying to get by with a little help from our friends and this blog apparently. Sam, SPARKY, is in Bloomingtom, Indiana for 10 months of the year and Drea, IGOTNOTHING, is in Boston, Mass. for those 10 months but every so often, they find themselves "comfortably" at home in Los Angeles, Ca. We're pretty cool, no lie. |

i see you on the other side ...all moved in two thousand-plus miles and three hours ahead. it's a very strange thing, all this picking up and moving and settling only to pick up and move and settle again. yet, already, barely a week in, this feels like well, "home." home in the sense of not where i grew up but home in the sense of where i belong. where i exist amongst people. where i am also happy. not to say that my first home isn't happy either. but after a recent severing of several life friendships, this littl' town o'er the hill is a a hot-sticky breath of humid and human relief. while my heart is absent and in the care of another far away. i am growing a second form of one here. i guess i can finally say, i love this town. i really do. here's to another school year. cheers, mateys! 3:35 PM
